Every bottle is traced to a single producer and a single harvest. Our oils come from family groves in Collesano, Sicily, within the Parco delle Madonie. The olives are hand-harvested and pressed within hours of harvest, cultivated without synthetic chemicals using traditional methods.
Our producers cultivate traditional Sicilian varieties including Biancolilla, Nocellara, Cerasuola, Passulunara, Cherolea, and Alivieddu. Each cultivar contributes differently to the character of the oil.
Our groves are cultivated without synthetic chemicals, using traditional low-intervention methods passed down through generations. We do not currently hold formal organic certification.
Yes, we ship directly from Sicily to most European countries. For other destinations, please contact us via WhatsApp and we'll do our best to arrange delivery.
Olives are harvested between October and December each year. Our current oils are from the 2025 harvest and are available in limited quantities.
